Death Throws No Shadow

Mike Capper, a Fleet Street freelance, is after Baroness Rorthy's incredible personal story. However, after making a surprise rendezvous with her, he finds himself confronted by the notorious Andy Beecham, whose Casino Palace is London's latest fashionable fun-spot. Chief Superintendent Gary Bull and Inspector Bert Whitelaw are brought into a mystery which is attended by menace and murder. They uncover a scheme by villains to make use of North Sea oil for a purpose not included in the oil men's plans.
