A Dagilarian trader comes to Isenkliff to sell a beautiful sword for a lot of gold. He seems terrified of something. At night, in the moonlight, Kitt learns the reason.
In the morning, Malan Jian appears, the Golden Warrior of Luxin Shoo, searching for his lover Milubey, the silver woman in the moonlight sword. Out of love for him, she entered the steel to stay young forever. He hopes that Eckehart, the blacksmith from Isenkliff, can reunite them, for he knows the deepest secrets of steel.

The longest night has dawned again, and then they really do come - the ice giants. Kitt is just something in the way of their enormous glacial feet.
