Toots Underwater

In this third "Toots" story, Toots is transported to the world of the River Fairies - a miraculous world of shimmering water. But there is trouble - the Naiad, the Guardian of the River, is dying - and Toots' help is enlisted. The story ends with war against the evil Bocan and the Marsh Goblins.
