Rhys North’s journey continues as he and his companions sail beyond the Brink of the World, into the heart of the perilous Wyrm’s Triangle, to the mythical Stormy Isles.
Having narrowly escaped Indus and his followers in both Orthios and Westport, Rhys and the others set sail for Thule in search of the next conduit. Reaching the shores of the Stormy Isles seems an impossible task in and of itself, as past the Brink of the World, the laws of nature break down. But onboard the White Marlin, with the help of Captain Arne Anderssen and his sons, Rhys and the others stand their best chance of making landfall in a part of the world lost to time.
An eternal tempest, a leviathan of the deep, and a spectral cavalcade roaming the skies all stand in the way of Rhys and his task, but with the aid of his friends and the ancient inhabitants of Thule, he will ascend the slopes of Sumeru in search of the lost stone circle.
