Anne is a nurse in a big New York City hospital when she receives word she has inherited the estate of an aunt which includes a mansion in Massachusetts. After visiting the site she decides it is perfect for a model rest home, but runs into two snags: the man who claims to be the co-heir, and a doctor who wants her to sell and marry him.
