One day while Julie Wray Herman and two of her neighbors were sprucing up a flower bed, they got to talking about life in general, and people who had upset them in particular. Thanks to a chance comment from her friend, Becky -- the Three Dirty Women Landscaping, Inc mystery series was born. While Julie hasn’t actually buried anyone in her garden, she has always found gardening to be a good way to work off frustration, anxiety, and chocolate chip cookies. Julie lives outside Houston, Texas with her husband, two angelic teenagers, and -- at last count -- two dogs, three cats, three horses, and the creature who lurks in the pond.
