The Fourth of July is supposed to be about celebrating independence, but for Dr. Sydney Warner, it means being a key witness to a murder during the town fireworks display.
But Sydney didn’t see the shooter because, like everyone else at the event, she was looking up at the fireworks. Nevertheless, she gets roped into solving yet another murder since her boyfriend, reporter Nolan Lange, knew the victim.
