In Plain Sight
Maisie Frobisher imagines her return to London will be a triumph. However, she has more than a little explaining to do.
Maisie’s fiancé, Fraser Hamilton, is investigating the operation they uncovered in India. Meanwhile, Maisie re-enters high society, but she isn’t the person she was when she left and she can’t share that with anyone. Plus an assassin is preying on society victims, and Maisie is in the perfect position to keep her eyes and ears open.
As the death toll rises, can Maisie and Fraser keep themselves out of danger? Can they find common ground in their respective missions? And will their engagement survive the constraints of London life?
Hide and Seek
When newlyweds Maisie and Fraser honeymoon in Paris, it’s for business as well as pleasure. However, their hotel is full of elderly British expats, including a Foreign Office contact who is worse than useless. Moreover, getting a meeting at the company they need to investigate is proving impossible.
When one of the expat circle dies unexpectedly, the Hamiltons are caught between their mission and investigating a possible murder. This is made all the more difficult because they are operating incognito, and must return home in a few days.
Just as their luck seems to be turning, a twist leaves the pair at best disgraced and at worst, murder suspects. Can they get themselves out of trouble and back on the case?
Run to Earth
When Maisie and Fraser Hamilton pursue a suspect onto the Orient Express, they find their journey far from smooth. The train’s staff are suspicious of them, they must share compartments with strangers and of course, make sure their quarry doesn’t spot them
The discovery of an assassin on the train makes their target prepared to cooperate but how far can they be trusted?
When Fraser leaves the train on vital business, Maisie must go undercover to maintain her connection with the suspect and obtain what they need to close the case. She finds an unexpected ally but is that enough to ensure her safety and the mission’s success? Or will the hunter become the hunted?
