Laurie Hamilton loves nineties boybands, almost as much as she loves her family farm. She’s barely ventured outside of the quiet Scottish town she calls home. So, when she’s asked to deliver this year’s Christmas trees, she has no choice but to hit the open road and turn the sound system up.
But almost running the hottest resident of Christmas Common off the road during his daily run, was not part of her schedule. In any other lifetime this would be the perfect meet-cute, but they live five-hundred miles apart, seeing him again is not an option.
Simon Anderson knows he’ll never find love unless he makes a drastic change. Being accidentally kidnapped in the back of the van used to deliver the church’s Christmas tree, isn’t quite the adventure he was looking for.
Stranded miles from home, he has two choices, go home to an empty cottage or spend the run up to Christmas helping Laurie and her family bring their famous sleigh rides back to life… as their Santa.
As the snow clears, returning to normality proves harder than they both imagined.
Christmas is fast approaching and now they’re closer than ever.
Unwilling and unable to give each other up, it seems the only solution is for Simon to stay one more day.
