Soon realising that at this time of year maybe it's not just dogs, but people that need rescuing too.

Libby is feeling taken for granted and unappreciated. The decorating, food shopping and all arrangements for the family festivities have been left to her as usual.
Even though her boss has tasked her with a marketing presentation for an important client due the week before Christmas, her family expects her to be on call for their every domestic whim. But when their thoughtlessness results in Libby losing her big shot at promotion, it’s the last straw.
Thoroughly fed up, she makes an impulsive decision to get away and spend the holidays on her own this year; somewhere a world away from small-town Christmas Central ...

Nature photographer Hannah has been given the assignment of her dreams; to photograph the Northern Lights for a prestigious magazine. As her base, she’s booked a stay at Christmas World - a holiday village famed for its picturesque location deep in the Alaskan forest.
Though upon arrival, her spirits are very quickly dampened. While the winter resort might once have been a must-visit destination, it's now a million miles from the festive wonderland she’d expected.
But when a collision with a handsome husky-dog sledder results in an injured shooting arm and an enforced stay at the uninspiring location, Hannah must find a way to shoot for the stars in more way than one …
