When Karl noticed the car behind him he knew the hunters were on his trail again. He had been a minor figure amongst the monsters who served Hitler, yet still the men from Mossad pursued him. It was time to move on, but this time the move was harder to make. The girl he had rescued from the slums meant more to him than he thought possible. How could he leave her behind, adding another act of cowardice to an already overburdened conscience? As Karl, the elderly ex-Nazi, applies his mind to the problem, he discovers in himself a strange and unexpected sense of honour...
