The Vengeance of Vickery

When, after a lengthy absence, Lee Vickery returns to his parents' Box V Ranch in the Texas Panhandle, he finds that they have both died, and that the ranch is in the hands of wealthy, unscrupulous rancher Mort Cooney, who owns the adjacent Circle D Spread. He soon begins to suspect that the death of his mother and the loss of the ranch are the result of criminal activities on the part of Cooney and his hired gunslingers. He must now prove this, and deliver the guilty parties to the law. But even with the help of an old friend, can he possibly complete the difficult and highly dangerous task that confronts him?
