Hans Müller is the chief of staff, the highest-ranking commander in Germany. He is called for a meeting by the Minister of Defence and asked to improve the country's defence while making it look like they're actually cutting down. Together with the commanders of the army, navy and air force, they start on secretly building up their defence system.

Meanwhile in Moscow, Sergey Mekhinov, the minister of defence calls a meeting with his staff to discuss building up their defence capabilities. They start moving a battle cruiser from Murmansk to St. Petersburg Now they want a land corridor for movement of military supplies for Kaliningrad. Lithuania does not agree to this, so the Russians decide to try intimidating them to agree.

This situation makes Lithuania and the other NATO countries nervous. Is there war brewing? Only time will tell.
