Lockdown For Lockwood

As if Sheriff Coal Savage didn't already have enough to deal with trying to juggle the affections of 3 women against the recent suicide death of his wife, now he has made the serious gaffe of giving away a dog his teenage son thought would be his. But all of this fades into near unimportance when Coal's mentor and friend Jim Lockwood becomes the number one suspect in the brutal murder of a local dairy farmer. With a list of other possible suspects and a mystery with convoluted paths and byways that might resemble a map of Los Angeles, Coal sets out with the daunting task of proving Jim innocent, in the face of all odds. Before he is all done, Coal will wonder who his friends really are.
