Unfortunately, peace doesn’t mean progress.
Henry may be Level 4, but Havenport itself is still stuck at Level 0, an island with no room to expand, not enough workers to staff its growing industries, and a desperate need for Chymera, the rare resource required to push both buildings and people beyond their limits.
Trade is booming. Tourists are arriving. But every new structure demands space the island doesn’t have and every upgrade draws the attention of pirates who would rather burn Havenport than see it thrive.
To take the island to the next tier, Henry must make hard choices: risk dangerous expeditions, confront ruthless raiders, and find ways to grow an island that should have already reached its limits.
