Hip, Hip, Parade!

"Fourth graders never quit!" It's time for the Fall Fantasy parade. And this year Michelle and Zachary Chin, the fifth-grade class president, are in charge of their school's float. But planning a float is a lot harder than it seems. First, Zachary won't listen to any of Michelle's ideas - just because she's in the fourth grade. Then, when things get tough, he quits. Now Michelle's on her own, and the float is a total mess! What is she going to do?
