Moving home is bittersweet for Thea Scott. On one hand, she’s happy to escape from her controlling ex-husband. On the other, moving home means putting up with an onslaught of family judgment. So Thea is eternally grateful when her friend Fiona lands her an interview at the Fire Diner in Dark Hollow.

Sure, the owner is an intimidating dragon with massive muscles and a growly demeanor. Sure, her heart pounds twice as fast when he brushes past her behind the counter. But he’s made it very clear that he’s not interested, and honestly, it’s probably for the best. At least, that’s what she tells herself.

It’s a rare thing, a dragon like Finn choosing to live in a community. But Finn fell in love with this little town long ago and he’ll do anything to keep it whole. What he won’t do — what he can’t do — is fall for the wide-eyed waitress with the big glasses and the tempting curves. Dragons are possessive by nature, and if he lets himself get close, he knows he’ll grab her in his talons and fly her to the nearest mountaintop. Thea’s beautiful and strong, but she’s also been through hell, and he’s not going to make it worse by being another possessive man in her life.

But when her ex-husband shows up in town and things start to get heated, will he be able to resist the possessive instincts that boil in his veins?

The Dragon of Dark Hollow is a full-length romance novel featuring steamy scenes and a happily ever after. It can be read on its own, but is part of a broader series of Dark Hollow stories.
