It's been almost two months since their spring break adventure, and Lucas is almost fully healed. To help him ease back into it, Caroline takes him to visit her parents for a bit of rest and a lot of mothering. When they take a trip to a local craft fair they meet Cassie, a librarian at the Zara Lawson Library, a private archive and museum collection. She tells them that while she loves her job and there are many cool things about the place, odd things have been happening there recently, and her boss insists she's making it all up.
A little investigation uncovers a century-old scandal, a crusty head librarian, an over-protective husband, and some dodgy magic residue. Is this thing actually a ghost?
