Cauldron of blood is the 15th title in the Wotan Series which follows the fortunes of the men of the SS Assault Regiment Wotan.

Abadoned by their senior officers amdist the carnahge and desolation of the Russian front, the bonewary veterans of SS Wotan have never had it worse. Left to die in the subzero temperatures, encircled by murderous Soviet forces, the face the superior firepower of Josef Stalin tanks aand the merciless Cossack sabres.

It seems that Wotan's grim day of reckoning has dawned at last. But defeat does not figure in the vocabulary of the Fuehrers fiercest combat unit. Both Sides approach a bloddy debacle as Schulze, Matz and the other members of Assault Regiment Wotan determine to sell their lives dearly.
