Badlands

(2018)
A novel by

In the Badlands, women are rare. There are no females except those warriors can seduce... or steal.

Vikings: Like the gates of Hell, the military base of Camerico marks the line between order and chaos, in this case, civilization and the Badlands. Only Warriors -- Genetically Engineered Elite Forces -- keep the evil that occupies the Badlands at bay. But the Warriors have become as uncivilized as the lands they police. They make their own laws, and they take what they want -- and right now they want Amy.

Spartans: Lysander, Calix, and Thanos are warriors currently patrolling inside the Badlands. Artemis has been watching the trio -- she knows they are her true mates. She just hopes she can break through Thanos's grief and guilt before he does something stupid. Like letting himself get killed.

Comanche: Aylen has devoted her life to educating children. Determined not to recycle the myths the government force-feeds the populace, she prides herself on teaching her students the truth about the government and the history of humanity. But then a myth shows up at her door. One touch and Aylen's life will never be the same.

Marines: Michael, Alec and Vic are on a mission to rescue the Warrior they are convinced is their mate. It will take the help of many Warriors and Mutants to get them across the Badlands to the Great Abandoned City in the East. Fortunately Evandra can take anything the Badlands -- or her Marines -- can dish out. And follow it up with plenty of her own.

The Fin: The time has come for Que, King of the Fin, Raf, Right Hand of the King, and Kor, Master of the Guard, to find a queen. But not from the corrupt lands ruled by humans. Their queen must be pure of heart and as courageous as any warrior. More dangers than death lurk under the sea in the Badlands. And learning to swim won't help you escape.

Publisher's Note: Badlands contains the previously published novellas Vikings, Spartans, Comanche, Marines, and The Fin.
