Newly promoted Lieutenant Colonel Clement Wisdom is tasked with leading a group of high ranking American Officers into enemy held North Africa via submarine for a secret rendezvous with a Vichy French General. But when the Vichy French Police raid the meeting, Clement must extricate his charges before either capture or death. With limited time and worsening weather extracting his important charges becomes a life and death struggle.
