Love Will Find a Way

Ethan and Brianna were childhood friends. Brianna worshiped him from afar until he left for university. Later he only returned on brief visits to see his mother. He's traveled the world and finally settled in Spain. Brianna is the village librarian and Ethan is now a successful author. His mother needs help at the moment and he's someone who takes his responsibilities seriously. Brianna wants to dismiss him from her thoughts and forget him. She thought she had, until he suddenly turns up in the village for longer than a flying visit. He involves her in his plans for helping his mother and Brianna's feelings for him begin to surface again. Visiting his old haunts wakens old devils in him and Ethan needs to come to terms with a family secret. Brianna tries to pretend she's indifferent to him. Ethan declares he never intends to marry or make a permanent commitment. Brianna is content with his friendship for the moment, but doesn't want to think about the moment when he'll fade out of her life again. Can he shed his preoccupation with the past and can Brianna learn to accept that Ethan is not for her?
