The gifts that my goddess bestowed upon me were more than anything I could have imagined. Destroying an entire city full of crime and corruption came easier than I'd expected, yet there was still one that got away. A mistake I don't plan to repeat.
While the queen's offer of staying in Nubia was kind, now with chests full of gold, it's time to continue with my plan of establishing my own kingdom. My beautiful companions have done well building up our flock of followers, which will only strengthen my claim. But every new member means another mouth to feed and the journey north is a long one.
With the name Blackthorn spreading across the continent, I'm expecting trouble. Unfortunately for them, I've got a few plans of my own: A fortress built for defense, a growing list of allies, and acquiring ancient artifacts that will increase my power.
Should they make the choice to cross me, they'll find out why the Blackthorn is destined to be feared.
