A regular work day turns into something more for half-witch and half-vampire Freya Holmes when a showboating New Orleans seer going by the name Miss Lisette announces her mother has gone missing.
Freya knows Lisette through her parents, and she doesn’t like her. Still, she’s curious enough to start poking around. What she finds is a genuine mystery.
