RECON: The Trilogy: Book 1-3
(2026)(A book in the Recon Cyccle series)
An omnibus of novels by Brian K Larson
Six immortals reborn in human bodies.
One world standing on the edge of eternal night.
A war that will strip them down to what they are willing to become.
When Joshua Scott wakes in a life that is not his own, he discovers he is part of an ancient circle of Luminari—beings of living light sent to Earth to stop an invasion that has already begun. Alongside five others, he must reclaim forgotten power, face enemies that feed on despair, and decide how much of his new humanity he is willing to burn.
Across three relentless battles, the circle is hunted, shattered, and reforged. Love takes root in the middle of the fight. Loyalties are tested to the breaking point. And every victory demands a higher price than the last.
This is the complete story of the RECON team—six souls who chose to stay human long enough to stand between the world and the dark.
They were never meant to feel this much.
They were never meant to love this hard.
And the final cost of holding the light may be the very lives they fought to keep.
