Slaying the Hive Mind was supposed to end the war. Turns out we started one instead.
The second Greenrot dropped, every rift on the continent lit up. The Crown's thank-you note is a treason charge, and Mara is marching us down the King's Road to the Capital under guard to answer for it.
We're not fighting the escort. We're counting on it. The only people who can help us end this war are waiting at the other end of that road, and guilty verdict or not, I'm going to make them listen.
But rifts are falling, and we must travel through a Kingdom under attack.
All while Roq carries Greenrot inside.
What could be a more tempting target for the Hive Empire than a party with five Soul Weapons and one Soul Armor?
