Wave: Escape to Aldiron

Binary neutron stars have been hurled through the universe, coming to an abrupt halt, orbiting each other in a deadly dance near Jupiter. They will collide. Their collision will threaten Earth's existence, sending debris and gravitational waves forth from within our own solar system. How did they get there? Can obliteration of the planet be avoided? A most unusual pair seek to save our world. They have been called to the task, but by whom? Not even they know the answer.
