When Marcus Jackson meets his new neighbor Brooklyn Wilson, he's instantly smitten. But nervous about making a move, he comes up with the perfect plan: Netflix & Chill. Brooklyn tells him that she wants to watch Love Jones, which happens to be his favorite movie. They settle on the couch to watch. As the movie progresses, they find themselves getting closer until they're cuddled up together. Marcus takes a chance and wraps his arm around Brooklyn, and to his delight, she leans into him.
