Dally

(2021)
(The fourth book in the WTF series)
A novel by

Dallas was a naive, not to mention underage, kid when he met the omega he would eventually marry. He liked that Luke was older than him, since he seemed to know a lot more about life than Dallas. He tried hard to make his traditional marriage work, but there were some things he discovered about himself during that time. He truly loved affection and liked when someone else took control, so he didn't have to be the only one making decisions... and he wasn't attracted to omegas. That last part was a secret he kept during his miserable marriage to a man who was cold and sometimes even hateful and cheated on him pretty regularly. It was a secret he kept years after his son grew up and moved out. And he kept it long after Luke passed.

He is fine with continuing to keep that secret because he feels like revealing something like that will prove what he always knew. The horrible disconnect in his marriage had been his fault. It's fine. He doesn't need romance anyway. He has a grown son who is soon to be married and a grandbaby on the way. He owns his own candy shop and he's being contacted to expand. Everything is fine... until he meets Jayse and his son Andy.

Jayse is a much younger alpha who is distantly "related" to his son's boyfriend, and he's everything Dallas could want in a man. Unfortunately, there are people in this world who aren't meant for happily ever afters, and Dallas knows he's one. Friendship is all he can ever have with the younger man, and he'll just have to remember that... even when Jayse offers to show him what he's missing. He has to say no, right? Right?

Dally is book 4 in the WTF series. My new fluffy, romantic comedy, omegaverse, short reads which are spin-offs of the Sprung Like Spring and Salacious Summer Singe series. They can be read as stand-alones, but it will be a whole lot more fun if you've read the rest!

Genre: Gay Romance
