The neighbor is a camboy, but he doesn't know I know, or that I watch his live stream religiously. No use making things awkward by mentioning it. He'd probably be pretty creeped out to know his big ugly neighbor who grunts at him on the regular in greeting was watching him... do that.

My neighbor is big and hairy and smoking hot. Unfortunately, no matter how much sugar I borrow from him, he doesn't seem the least bit interested in me. That's probably good though. I make a pretty good living doing what I do, and I've learned from experience that regardless of all the promises those men make me during my streams, nobody actually wants to date the camboy, and they definitely don't want to introduce them to their family.

These books can be read as stand-alones but getting to know the overlapping characters will make it worth reading in order.
