Death Flies On Final

What was the owner of a small-town FBO doing draped across the top of his brand-new cadillac-shot through the heart? That's what Grace and Albert Beckmann wondered as they flew their Piper Turbo Arrow in for a quick fuel stop, and found instead a murder. The victim, James Delacroix, was a man everyone loved to hate: the partners he cheated, the children he mistreated, the women he used. And why was he wearing a ring that had disappeared in war-torn Europe over fifty years before? The Beckmanns would have been happy to let someone else solve the crime, but fate intervened. At least, the murder gave their sons, Spence and Paul, a chance to prove themselves at everything from cyberspace to skid row survival.
