Lila is funny, sassy, smart, loves breaking rules, and doesn't back down. Eli is organized, grumpy, likes things controlled and orderly and has house rules. This story is well written. The characters are engaging. The attraction is intense and hard to ignore. His family, especially his father believe in control and obedience. So get settled in for this crazy, steamy, suspenseful journey. True love will set you free from all the controlling demands. And when that happens the weight is lifted off your shoulders and you can breathe and enjoy life to it's fullest. And your heart will know true freedom and love and happiness for the first time ever. Lacey is a wonderful author and she does not disappoint. I highly recommend this book. I laughed, cried, and at times held my breath as I turned the pages. The ending is precious and heartwarming.
