Everyone will make a sacrifice in the battle between the living and the dead....
As the smoke clears over Sacred Heart Orphanage, Cal and Rob find themselves wounded and missing several of their own. To make things worse, the demon called The Goat, the Overlord of the Marrow, has managed to claw his way back to the land of the living.
But he won't stop there: The Goat is hellbent on releasing all of the evil trapped in the Marrow, even if it means murdering more of Rob's friends and family in the process.
In the meantime, Cal is drawn back to a past he thought long forgotten and one he isn't prepared to remember.
Rob and his ragtag group of ghostbusters are in way over their heads, and just when they think things can't get any worse, they are put to another impossible decision. This time, however, the choices they make won't just affect themselves, but every being on Earth.
