‘If I ruled the world...’ was the refrain often heard coming from the lips of Joyce Bullock, four years beyond the age of fifty, only three pounds over the weight she should have been, five-foot-seven with brown hair not yet gone grey. She was happily divorced. Or, rather, she refused to be unhappy just because her husband had left her for a younger woman.
