Portland Mountain Lions Books 1-3
(2027)(A book in the Portland Mountain Lions series)
An omnibus of novels by Tami Lund
It’s all about football…until it isn’t.
Welcome to the Portland Mountain Lions, the NFL’s newest expansion team. These players are gritty, tough, determined to win… and not a one is ready to fall in love.
Too bad it’s going to happen anyway.
First, in The Quarterback, Dante Kelley has a bad day on the field that takes an unexpected positive turn when he ends up having a one-night stand with a mystery woman who he figures he’ll never see again. Even if he wants to.
Except, the stars happen to align and come to find out, Allison is besties with the team’s PR manager. Cue up the troubles because striking up a relationship with a famous quarterback for America’s current Cinderella team is not exactly conducive to Allison’s attempts to lay low and avoid a dangerous man from her past.
Next, we have The Center, in which Royce Kacey, a guy from the wrong side of the tracks, has fallen for Morgan Gentry, a famous actress who is far out of his league.
When it comes out that Morgan unknowingly had an affair with a married man—and Royce was the last to know—he finally decides he’s done riding the merry-go-round that had become their relationship.
Until her dad—who used to be his college coach and mentor—becomes sick, and Royce insists on helping him through his illness. Side by side with the man’s daughter. It’s hard to keep secrets when they’re spending so much time together.
Even harder to avoid falling in love.
And lastly, there is The Linebacker. Amil Halsted has just been traded to the Mountain Lions, which should be a great professional move, except his former one-night stand also works for the Mountain Lions, as their PR manager.
Amil hasn’t been able to get Diana Jenison out of his head, and he’s pretty sure she still wants him, too. Except there’s a complication. Two, actually.
First, she thinks she’s cursed and can’t fall in love. Second, one of Amil’s teammates thinks he should be the one to date Diana, not Amil.
Trouble in paradise is an understatement.
This series contains hot footballers and strong women, as well as some pretty cool on-field action—and steamy off-field action, too. Score three great reads with this box set today!
