I’m the public image for the club Hellfire Saints MC.
The one they put in front of the cameras when the club needs to look respectable. The one who shakes hands, smiles for photographs, and convinces the outside world that we’re just a bunch of rough-edged men doing our part for the community.
But make no mistake I’ve got no problems getting my hands dirty when the time calls for it.
Biggest rule in my bike book?
Don’t mess with family.
A few of my brothers have brought female relatives around the club over the years, but I make it a point to keep my distance. That’s something that can turn ugly fast.
However, Cecy Riker came along.
Tank’s little sister. His only surviving one.
She’d had a rough run with another club, and Tank did what any brother worth his cut would dohe brought her home to the Saints.
She was gorgeous, young, fiery, stubborn as hell, and seemingly determined to test every ounce of self-control I possessed.
She rode with me on the Christmas toy run, and Tank didn’t seem bothered by the attention, but that didn’t mean I was willing to risk the kind of trouble that could ripple through the club if things went wrong.
But New Years came, with a major storm rolling through Montana, and it trapped everyone out of the club, and left just Cecy and I there.
I should've known better than to think I could survive that kind of temptation indefinitely.
Because one man can only take so much.
And Cecy Riker had been testing my limits from the moment she walked through our doors.
