Twelve Days of Solitude...Almost
(2026)(A book in the Twelve Days of Christmas Romance series)
A novel by Theresa Lambe
'Tis the season for Christmas love
or is it? For twelve days, couples get stuck together. Will they get their kiss under the mistletoe and happily ever after, or will it be a disaster? Each story follows a different couple, offering its own happily ever after. In this series, you’ll find forced proximity, laughter, holiday miracles, and spicy scenes!
The trip of a lifetime was about to happen for the holidays, I was going to be up in northern Michigan, enjoying the sights, the sounds, the fun, all by myself.
But then my best friend tells me she wants to come. Plus, her boyfriend.
I can’t say no. But I also got told that their friend, James, needed a break from his heartbreak, so was coming as well.
Cue the eye roll as James and I were barely tolerable to one another on a good day.
However, I offered up my cabin for the holiday trip in Snowflake, just about an hour from where I lived anyway.
The cabin was ready, everyone had their flights, and I was on my way to the cabin with all the supplies, to enjoy the peace for a day or two before everyone got there. However, I got the notice James was landing earlier and was on his way, but Raquel and Davis didn’t know when they would be here.
Which meant I was stuck, in a cabin, with James. And my solitude was shot.
And to add to the fun, there’s a blizzard rolling in off the lake, and I’m not sure what could happen between us while stuck in this here.
Genre: Romance
