Luna

When I found my passion for baking in middle school, my parents helped me realize I could have a quiet future as a baker right in Spring Creek. That’s what I’ve been doing every since. I love listening to people rave about my Spring Creek famous cinnamon rolls, cookies, and various baked goods.

When I first see Linc at the grocery store, I don’t think much of it. Of course there are linemen to fix the downed lines after that big snowstorm. But then he starts stopping in and asking for me every day.

Can a traveling lineman really settle down with a small town girl like me? What will he think of my lack of experience? Can I really give him my heart, knowing he might leave?

Linc

As a South Dakota native, I’ve spent the last few years traveling around the US, working as a linemen wherever my company needs me. It’s been a great way to see so much of our great nation while saving a heap of money for my future.

When I ask my company to stay close to home, I end up getting assigned to Spring Creek after a nasty snowstorm. It’s going to take a month or two just to return power to everyone. Then we will also stay in the area for awhile longer to update and replace older poles.

The minute I walk into Larry’s Market and see Luna, I’m interested. Can I convince this small town girl I really will give up the traveling gig for her? And just how inexperienced is she? Sometimes I feel like I need to protect her, even from myself.

Welcome to
