This warm, reassuring and humorous story about twins puts a new SPIN on the theme of sibling rivalry!

Now that the baby twin cubs have arrived, the Lion's home is in a mighty muddle. Little Cub tries to help but he can't wash the nappies or bathe the twins. He's sure that Mum has run out of love so Little Cub sets off with his stroller and snuggly blanket to see if he can find some more love to give her.

On the way he meets Dad who helps him realize that although Mum may have run out of love, Little Cub hasn't! So, he rushes to give Mum the tightest, squeeziest lion cub hug that he can. And just in time too, because Mother Lion has just received a present that will give her much more time for walks and jigsaw puzzles - A WASHING MACHINE!

The illustrations wonderfully capture all the chaotic details of family life after the arrival of the baby twin cubs.
