(Very) Quick Author Q and A
What inspired you to write these stories?
I’ve always loved reading psychological thriller novels, as well as behavioural science and criminal psychology books.
(You might be able to guess that I’ve always had an interest in the darker side of human nature...)
After writing my second novel I had loads of ideas that weren’t quite right for full-length novels, but which I thought would work well together as a short story mystery collection. I decided on the five ideas I was most excited about, and began forming them into short crime stories. The end result is The Walk.
Who will enjoy this book?
Anybody who likes forensic psychology fiction, suspenseful books, and sinister tales with a twist.
This collection contains short stories about a psychopathic child, a nightmare paramedic, and murder on the Riviera Maya for crying out loud what’s not to enjoy?!
Genre: Mystery
