Samantha and Tabitha are forced to move to Mirage, a military island, where their idea of normal is no longer true. In a place where shapeshifters, vampires, and mermaids rule the school, Sam and Tabby are the odd ones out, the only humans at Mirage High. When Sam falls for a shapeshifter, and Tabby falls for a mysterious stranger, things begin to change for the girls.
