Javed Khan, a tough and seasoned detective, was the best cop in homicide before being demoted to the Metro Division - but now once again he's on the trail of a cold-hearted killer. He doesn't know if the murderer is a psychopath, a serial killer, or a self-styled vigilante - all Khan knows is that he is going to catch the killer and bring him to justice.
