Mail Order Bride

Lydia McFarlane has been used to a life of wealth and privilege, but when her father remarries, her new stepmother starts a systematic campaign to remove Lydia from the family home in Ontario, plotting to marry her off to a man who doesn't love her. Lydia decides to take matters into her own hands, and runs away to the prairie town of Alberta to become a mail order bride - but life in the Golden West is not as idyllic as Lydia has imagined...
