Somehow Taylor knew that today wasn't going to be just another ordinary day.
Everything changes in 15-year-old Taylor's life when she follows a dragon through the mirror in her bedroom and discovers the Obsidian Realm, a once beautiful and free land now ruled by the tyranny of the evil Fabula. Taylor soon learns that it is her job to save the Realm and release the creatures of this mythical world from a life of sadness and gloom.
This should be easy enough, but the part Taylor hasn't counted on is how much she has in common with the Fabula... how can a girl fight her own shadow self and hope to win, even with the help of a sometimes-friendly dragon, a spell-weaving wizard, and a far-too-handsome-for-his-own- good dark fairy named Ulysses?
