I was dealt a bad hand. Some would've said I had it all: rich kid with a famous family and no worries.
But that was the surface.
I was born to be something I wasn’t, or at least wasn’t all the time. A killer with no conscience. A reaper that dealt death without blinking an eye. So I did what I had to until the day I could do what I wanted. But peace still eluded me.
And then I saw her.
Met her at her lowest and even then she was the embodiment of perfection: an answered prayer. But those who want to challenge me for my power think they will go through her to get to me. And they awakened the hell that had been slumbering peacefully for years. Being merciful doesn’t make you weak and being anointed doesn’t mean you won’t put someone down in the holiest of ways.
The one who moves in silence is often the one chosen to execute the wrath of God.
