Charles Konig, KC, has been handed a case he'd rather hand back. A body has been found in the torture chamber of a remote Northumbrian castle, roasted alive inside a bronze statue of Anubis, Egyptian god of the dead. The victim is celebrity historian and author Gideon Wolfe, who had invited four experts to the castle to record a special podcast series on the possible murder of the pharaoh Tutankhamun.
