He was seeking riches...

And found what would become his greatest treasure.

When Sebrian and his rag-tag crew of misfits accidentally inherit a baby princess, he’s quite sure her ransom will fund his retirement from piracy...

But it quickly becomes apparent that none of them know how to care for a human baby, and that they’ll be the ones paying a hefty price if they break a royal one.

What they need… is a nanny.

And what does any good pirate captain do when he needs something?

He steals it.

Seb soon learns that abducting Samara is both the best and worst thing he could possibly have done when he falls head over space-boots for both the child and her sweet but spirited, traumatized minder.

Not surprisingly… kidnapping a woman and forcing her to face her demons isn’t the fastest way to earn her trust or win her heart, but Seb’s hopeful he can prove to Samara that he’ll do everything in his power to ensure her comfort and safety…

Because it’s quite clear to everyone aboard that even if Samara doesn’t want a big, blue, baby-wielding pirate in her life, she needs one.

This slow-burn alien sci-fi romance is an abduction story full of true love, inspiring resilience, found family, cozy vibes, and living large with disability. It may induce both laughter, and tears, and some tingles in the good places — all the feels, really — rest assured, there’s a guaranteed well-deserved happy ending here. Enjoy!

Also of note:
