Paisley's Rock

(2022)
A Novella by

Paisley – My life is far from perfect, but I never expected the need to fake amnesia to keep myself safe.

After barely escaping one deranged MC with my life, I find myself in the hands of another, one that hates my father, and everyone that surrounds me on a daily basis. Landing in the Chosen Kings’ lap is better than where I was, there’s no denying that. But that’s not enough for me to reveal who I truly am, despite the kindness I receive that is completely foreign.

As my injuries heal, I can’t believe the one thing I always swore would never happen is actually happening. I’m falling for a member of an MC, but not just any member—their president, Brock. How can I resist though when everything he does is for me, to make me feel better, make me smile? I’m now caught between my original plan—waiting until I’m better to completely disappear, and my desire to stay with Brock. But that surely won’t happen, not when he learns who I truly am.

Brock – I wasn’t expecting to find my one unconscious and bleeding in the backseat of a car, but I’ll do anything to keep her safe.

One glance is all it takes for me to know, the beauty in need of help is now mine. I won’t rest until whoever hurt her is dead. The problem? She doesn’t know who that is, who she is, and my best can’t figure it out either. Every day I falls deeper for her, while my need for revenge grows as well. Patience isn’t my best quality, but this is one thing I can’t rush.

As Paisley begins to reveal little things, my worry lessens, but my desire for her grows. My need to keep her safe only grows along with that and when I learn exactly who she is, nothing will stop me from exacting my revenge. If she thinks I’m letting it go, I won’t. I can’t. There’s only one thing that will salvage this situation—making them pay.
