An interagency task force pursues an international money launderer but soon loses their financial consultant, who is murdered. David Olsen is his replacement. From Day One, he feels uneasy about his assignment. His unease grows as he discovers that the money launderer also sales illegal arms to mercenaries, finances coups in Africa, promotes strange genetics experiments, and funds the R&D of new WMDs.

The money launderer Rupert Snyder aka Vladimir Kalinin has an evil agenda - world domination. He wants to breed the perfect soldier that will better complement the new armor and wearable software in development. Together with the WMDs, he figures he can rule the world, but he is not above using a few South American and African dictators and some unscrupulous Chinese business interests along the way.

One of Rupert's creations, Sirena, escapes his clutches and joins David and friends on a perilous mission to thwart the madman's plans. As the action unfolds, the reader will travel from late 21st century Washington DC, on to Africa, to South America, to Switzerland, and to Spain, as David and Sirena and their friends attempt to survive the sociopath's scheming and the task force...because both want Sirena for further experiments.
