My name is Alexey Mechnikov. I’m not a special forces soldier, an assassin, or a mage — and I’m certainly not a god!
I’m an ordinary doctor. And I died on the job. Instead of a permanent death, however, I found myself reborn into a new world — in the body of a young, half-educated healer.
It is the nineteenth century, and my new world is ruled by magic.
